Session 01
Structural Engineering
During our session, I'll dive into the psychology of You using my proprietary questionnaire, in order to identify what your Secret Sauce is.
After our session I'll review your answers in detail, audit your current social media (if applicable), and then craft 3 ready made strategies based on who you authentically are + sample scripts to make content creation easier than ever. This will be presented to you in a private youtube video; You're a realtor. You deal with enough paperwork as it is.

Session 02
The Blueprint
If you have an idea for a strategy (or you were given a strategy in session 1), then we'll use this session to make your strategy ironclad. I'll help you clarify your reason for showing up, and who you are showing up for. I'll walk you through how to stylize your next video, which will act as a template for future videos, eliminating all the guess work of what to say and how to say it.

Session 03
Tools of the Trade
No more guessing what camera to buy or why your videos look the way they do. I'll walk you through exactly what equipment you need, how to shoot so your content actually looks good, and when to shoot so that you can knock out a week of content in an hour or two. I'll also pair you with an expert level video editor, and tell you how to shoot to maximize their edits. If you'd prefer to do your own edits, this hour can be spent teaching you the basics of Capcut, my recommended editing tool.

Routine Maintenance
This is the one most realtors need and don't want to admit it.
We'll work on your on camera presence- how you show up, how you speak, how you connect.
Then we'll discuss your caption writing, so the words underneath your content are doing as much work as the video itself.
